Frank Castellano, of the local Knights of Columbus Isabella Council 15, said that winners of the contest, which was held Jan. 20, were invited to an upcoming district level competition. From there, they may advance to a state level competition, which will be held next month at St. Paul Catholic High School in Bristol. The competitions are free for youths ages 9 to 14.
