BRISTOL — The Forestville Village Association is “back in the duck-racing business” says president and Duck Race chair John Gianoni, who announced the popular event will return May 5.
The duck race sees participants write their names on rubber ducks that are then dropped into the Pequabuck River. The first ducks to float down the river and cross the finish line will win prizes for those who purchased them. The event will also have food vendors, craft vendors, and tables with local businesses advertising and selling their products.
