Irene Alice LeBlanc

Irene Alice (Leroux) LeBlanc, 91, of Bristol, formerly of Burlington, passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 at KindCare Assisted Living, Bristol. She was the widow of Leo A. LeBlanc. Irene was born on December 3, 1932 in Putnam, CT and was a daughter of the late Willie and Blanche (Tailon) Leroux. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Irene is survived by three children: Sharon Corthouts of Barkhamsted, Arthur LeBlanc, and wife Cheryl Ann of New Bern, NC, and Eileen LeBlanc of Torrington; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother Rene Leroux; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Michael LeBlanc.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 10 AM at Saint Matthew Church, 120 Church Avenue, Bristol. Burial will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. The family will greet friends at the church beginning at 9:30 AM before the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant House, PO Box 758636, Topeka KS 66675-9986.
