ROYAL TEA AT THE NEW ENGLAND CAROUSEL MUSEUM

Hear ye, hear ye! All little royals across the land are invited to enjoy an afternoon of magic and fantasy at New England Carousel Museum’s and Bushnell Park Carousel’s Princess Teas. These enchanted tea parties for children and their caregivers will feature cookies and juices, wand craft, story time, carousel rides, balloon animals and more. The fairy-tale will continue with a royal meet and greet and photo opportunity with a special guest princess.

The New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park, 191 Farmington Ave., Kensington is holding a Holiday Kids’ Night Out on Friday, December 21st from 5:00-10:00 PM for children ages 3 through 12 years. Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center

Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center located at One Pleasant Street in Bristol invites you to join us as we bid farewell to 2018 and ring in the New Year! We’ll celebrate cultures and traditions from countries around the world on Monday, December 31st from 10:00am until 2:00pm.

Festivities include creating masks and noisemakers, a visit from Father Time, music and dancing, a photo booth, and lots more hands-on fun! March in our very own New Year’s parade at 11:30am. Following the parade, gather in Imagine Nation Times Square and count down for the ball drop, complete with confetti and balloons, at 12:00 noon!

Admission is $12.00/person, $6.00 for members. Tickets are now for sale through www.ImagineNation.org/calendar, Imagine Nation’s Facebook page, and eventbrite. Please note: Library and ACM passes will not be accepted for this event.

Please note: Imagine Nation will close for the day at 2:00 p.m. Due to the popularity of this event, please arrive by 11:30am to ensure enough time to participate in the festivities. Additional parking is available in the Upson Street commuter lot and in the lot across from Imagine Nation on Church Street. This event is sponsored by the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation.
