Author/educator/Screen Actors Guild actor Ted Zalewski as the Postman captures the spirit of van Gogh the man and the essence of van Gogh the artist. As Vincent’s loyal friend, Roul in relates van Gogh’s amazing personal and artistic journey from his native Holland to the south of France. The Postman, written by Ted Zalewski and based on extensive research into van Gogh’s life and letters, is filled with humor, passion, and joie de vivre.

Museum After Hours  (28,357 Views)


Museum After Hours is The New England Carousel Museum's lecture series, held on the first Thursday of each month in 2018 will feature presentations, exhibition openings, artist talks and workshops. Museum After Hours is held from 6:00-7:30 PM with a wine and cheese reception taking place 6:00-6:30 PM. Admission to this series is included with general admission, and as always museum members are free.

Plan a summer road trip and join our museum subject specialist Cate Mahoney to hear more about the surrounding carousel riding opportunities such as Bushnell Park, Lake Compounce, Sonny's Place, Quassy, and more.
